چکیده
Abstract
Aim: Low level laser therapy (LLLT) has been used in biostimulation of rat ovaries using a fibreoptic introduced directly through the vagina to deliver doses, which is new modality induction ovulation, compared with conventional medical ovulation clomiphene citrate and non-interventional controls.
Study design: A Prospective experimental study carried out from January 2014 February 2016.
 Setting: University-based photobiology laboratory.
Materials methods: Seventy-two (72) Female-Wistar Albino rats were this study, divided into three groups: 17 as control group, 19 received (Clomid group) 36 exposed diode 660 nm wavelength (laser group). Histopathological assessment was done Groups.
Results: Higher number follicles found group controls, difference significant Primordial follicles. Non-significant increase clomid group. Clomid showed non-significant primary, secondary Antral follicles.
Conclusion: This shows that ovarian encouraging method for ovulation.

متن کاملBiostimulation effects of low-power laser in the repair process.
The wound healing process has always been an excellent subject for researchers. The use of low-power laser on wounds during the postoperative phase has increased the speed of the healing process. It has been implied that low power radiation affects cellular metabolic processes and promotes beneficial biological effects (analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and healing). Laser biostimulation appears to...
متن کاملEffect of low level laser irradiation with vitamin A on cell viability and apoptosis induction of human skin melanoma
Background: Skin cancer is the most prevalent type of cancer and melanoma is the deadliest kind of skin cancer in the world. Due to enhanced induction of apoptosis and ROS levels, low-level lasers can be utilized to destroy skin cancer cells. Lasers are used to treat some skin lesions. Vitamin A is beneficial in the prevention and treatment of skin cancer. Vitamin A inhibits the pathway of canc...
